02 / Evidence and output

What goes in. What comes out.

The report combines return records with sales for the same SKUs and period, so a return rate always sits next to its volume.

Data the report uses

  • Amazon return records: returned units, SKU, recorded reason, item disposition and return cost from the connected seller account.
  • Sales for the same period: units sold by SKU and marketplace, so rates are calculated against real volume.
  • Customer feedback: the comment recorded with each return, plus storefront rating and review count for each product where available.
  • Noon stock ledger: customer-returned units per SKU from the Fulfilled by Noon warehouse ledger.

What the report surfaces

  • Return exposure: which SKUs and marketplaces carry the most returns, rate and cost.
  • Recorded causes: reason and disposition patterns, including returns with no clear cause.
  • Customer language: the phrases customers repeat, so a listing or sizing issue is easier to spot.
  • Next investigation: whether the question belongs to product quality, listing clarity or fulfilment.
Amazon and Noon

Clear about what each marketplace provides.

Noon does not share per-return reasons, dispositions, refund costs or customer comments. Saddl OS derives Noon return units from the Fulfilled by Noon stock ledger, marks the figure as derived and hides the panels it cannot fill, rather than estimating them.

  • Amazon UAE: full reason, disposition, cost and comment detail.
  • Noon UAE: derived return units and rates by SKU.
  • All marketplaces: one combined view with the same filters.

Published Saddl operating case

A real account shows why SKU-level evidence matters.

Saddl’s published UAE returns diagnostic recorded 331 Amazon returned units at a 5.6% return rate over 90 days. Reasons and dispositions changed which products needed investigating first.

05 / Frequently asked

Questions worth asking.

What can I learn from the Returns and Reviews Report?

Which SKUs are returned most, at what rate and cost, the recorded reasons and item dispositions behind those returns, and what customers said in their return comments. Everything can be filtered by marketplace, category, sub-category and period.

Which marketplaces does the report cover?

Amazon UAE and Noon UAE. Amazon returns include recorded reasons, dispositions, return costs and return comments. Noon does not provide that detail, so Saddl OS derives Noon return units from the Fulfilled by Noon stock ledger, labels them as derived and hides the panels it cannot fill.

Does the report change listings or reply to customers?

No. Saddl OS shows the evidence. Saddl’s team and the brand agree any listing, product or fulfilment change before it is made.
