By accessing this website or engaging Saddl ("the Service," operated by Saddl, "we," "us," or "our") for ecommerce management services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.
Saddl is a fully managed ecommerce operating firm. We embed as our clients' operating team and manage advertising, inventory, listings, pricing, financial reporting, and brand health across Amazon, Noon, Walmart, and direct-to-consumer channels. To deliver these services, we are granted access to clients' Seller Central, marketplace, and advertising accounts including via the Amazon Selling Partner API (SP-API) and Amazon Advertising API and we access, process, and act on the associated data solely to operate those accounts on the client's behalf, in accordance with Amazon's and each marketplace's Acceptable Use and Data Protection Policies.
To use our Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to keep your account information updated.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Our use of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
The Service is offered on a recurring engagement basis, with scope and fees agreed in a separate engagement agreement. You agree to pay all fees associated with your engagement. We reserve the right to change fees upon notice to you, subject to the terms of your engagement agreement.
All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to design, code, and algorithms, are the exclusive property of Saddl and are protected by intellectual property laws.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Saddl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
