A stockout looked like an advertising problem.

Sales fellHero SKU out of stock

Sales fell during a brand-bid test. The review traced the decline to the bestseller running out of stock, then redirected spend to products still available.

Read how we separated the signals
Ad spend that isn’t earning its place

Irrelevant search terms, campaigns that spend without converting, and budget split across competing ad groups.

Growth leaning too heavily on brand searches

Strong returns from existing demand can conceal gaps in the category keywords that bring new buyers.

Listings that attract clicks but lose orders

Missing high-intent keywords, unclear product details and recurring review issues can hold back conversion.

Prices and pack sizes that dilute margin

We check pricing, marketplace fees and product costs to see which SKUs leave a worthwhile contribution.

Insulated bottle

On Noon, advertising takes ₹26 per ₹100 of sales, versus ₹12 on Amazon, and the bottle leaves 12% contribution there.

First move: Cut spend on campaigns below the agreed economics and protect the ones that earn their place.

Cotton apparel

Six days of stock are left at the current sales rate. Check availability by channel before adding demand.

First move: Confirm the reorder date with purchasing and hold ad pressure until stock lands.

Skincare product

The price sits 18% above its comparison set, and the listing is rated 3.4 stars on Amazon.

First move: Check pack size and positioning before cutting the price.

Everyday essentials set

Only ₹10 of every ₹100 is left after costs, and a competitor undercuts the price.

First move: Hold the price floor and shift spend to higher-contribution products.

Field notes

Buyers pay more for comparable products, so there is room to test a higher price.

First move: Test a small price rise on the best-selling variant and watch conversion.

Built by an operator who couldn’t see across his own business.

“My P&L showed a profit, but it hid a lot of unprofitable SKUs I was carrying, and no report made them easy to see.”

Aslam Yousuf, founder

Aslam built a seven-figure Amazon business where every function ran on its own. Inventory didn’t know what pricing was doing. Pricing didn’t know what advertising was doing. And nothing showed contribution margin by SKU.

It started as a PPC problem. Then it became clear how intertwined every function is, so Saddl moved from a PPC tool to an operating system across all of them. Before Saddl, he spent 15 years building measurement systems for enterprise advertisers. Saddl is operated by Zenarise Trading LLC FZ in Dubai, and we still run our own accounts.

Before you request it

What does read-only access mean?

We can read your reports and data. We can’t change prices, budgets or listings. If you later work with us, execution permissions are agreed separately. Never send passwords or one-time passcodes through the form.

When does the 48-hour clock start?

Once your marketplace account is connected and the data backfill is complete. Not when you submit the form.

What will the audit look like?

There’s no standard report. We start from your account’s own performance, so the findings, and what we’d change first, are different for every account.

What does the audit cost?

Nothing. The 48-hour audit is free, with no commitment. If you go on to work together, an onboarding fee of ₹25,000 applies, and we waive it if you start within 14 days of your findings review. Ongoing fees depend on your account and are agreed before work begins.

Is there a contract or commitment?

No. The audit is where we start: no commitment, no sales sequence. Scope and fees for any ongoing work are agreed separately.

What do you need from me?

Which marketplaces you sell on, and read-only access to your supported accounts. We take the connection and data backfill from there.

Which markets and marketplaces?

Amazon India and Amazon in other markets, plus Noon for cross-border sellers. Other marketplaces are taken on one at a time, so tell us where you sell.
