01 About this policy
This policy explains how information is handled when you use the Saddl website or contact us. Any access to marketplace accounts for a review or managed work is agreed separately.
02 Information you provide
You may provide your name, work email, company, role, marketplace details and a description of your question. Share only what is needed to explain the situation. Do not include passwords, one-time passcodes or sensitive customer records.
03 Enquiries and review requests
We use enquiry information to respond, understand your marketplace context and discuss a suitable next step. When website form submission is available, submissions are intended to be stored in Saddl’s database, with an email notification sent to info@saddl.io. You can also contact us directly by email.
04 Account information and access
A deeper investigation may require agreed read-only access or exported reports. The information needed and the purpose of the review are discussed first. Review access does not grant permission to change your account. A Diagnostic request does not start the 48-hour period on submission.
05 Website use, analytics and cookies
The current Saddl website uses Google Analytics 4 to understand website use. Analytics can involve cookies and information about visits and interactions. You can manage cookies through your browser settings. Any additional advertising measurement will need to reflect the choices offered to visitors and the applicable requirements.
