Saddl OS + experienced marketplace people

Amazon PPC management.
Give each change a reason.

Experienced operators use Saddl OS to run Amazon advertising with stock, product economics and your commercial goals in view, so every budget, campaign and target change has a reason.

How the judgement works

Three levels. One reason for every change.

  1. Campaign budget

Where should spend rise, hold or stop?

Set against performance, availability and product economics, within agreed limits.

  2. Campaign purpose and KPI

What is this campaign for, and how is it judged?

Brand defence, non-brand growth, launch and stock clearance each carry a different target.

  3. Keyword and target

Bid, harvest, negate or leave alone?

Decided only after stock, conversion and the offer have been checked.

Read at every level

  • InventoryStock cover and lead time.
  • HaloSales lifted on related products.
  • CannibalisationPaid clicks that organic or another campaign would have won.

Amazon ads management

What the advertising work includes.

Structure & priorities
Group products, targets and objectives. Separate brand from non-brand so an account average doesn’t hide where spend goes.
Budgets & bids
Raise, hold or cut investment against performance, availability and economics.
Search terms & targeting
Harvest winners, assess negatives and manage product targeting, after checking stock and conversion.
Reporting & history
Record recommendations, approved actions and results, so it’s clear what changed and what moved.

Before changing a target

Check what the numbers leave out.

A weak search term may need a negative. It may also be a product that was unavailable, or an offer that needs work. Efficient ad sales don’t settle how much to invest either: stock cover, replenishment timing and the contribution left after relevant costs shape the next decision.

ACoS, TACoS and ROAS in one line each
ACoS
Ad spend as a share of ad-attributed sales.
TACoS
Ad spend as a share of total sales.
ROAS
Ad-attributed sales divided by ad spend.

None of them is profit. Lower spend or a higher ROAS is not automatically a better business outcome.

This is where audits keep finding the same thing: budget aimed at shoppers already mid-journey while category search sits at AED 0, and search terms or campaigns that keep spending without returning it. See what audits find

Choose the responsibility you need

Focused PPC, or part of wider Amazon scope.

Focused Amazon PPC

Saddl owns the agreed campaign work. You provide product context, stock commitments and approvals; your team or partners keep the rest. Advertising across more than one marketplace? See Marketplace Advertising.

Comparing Amazon PPC agencies?

Ask who reviews the business context, who makes changes and what needs your approval. You keep purchasing authority and warehouse operations; a PPC engagement doesn’t mean handing over the business.

Works in every Amazon market. Local guides: the UAE, India and Saudi Arabia.

Selected observations show the marketplace, reporting periods and measurement basis. They don’t isolate a single PPC change or guarantee a return.
