01 Using this website
These terms concern use of the Saddl website. They are separate from any agreement for marketplace services. Use the site lawfully and do not interfere with its operation or attempt to gain unauthorised access.
02 Website information
The website explains Saddl’s approach, current services and selected marketplace examples. Information and capabilities can change. Confirm the details relevant to your account with Saddl before making a business decision.
03 Content and intellectual property
Please contact Saddl before republishing its original website content or using its branding. Third-party names, marks and linked materials remain subject to their owners’ rights. A reference to a marketplace does not itself establish a certification or endorsement.
04 Enquiries and Account Review requests
Submitting a Contact form, an Account Review or a Diagnostic request does not by itself create a managed-services engagement. Any commercial engagement requires separately agreed scope, responsibilities, access, fees and approvals where applicable.
05 48-Hour Marketplace Diagnostic
Submitting a Diagnostic request does not start the 48-hour period or guarantee acceptance. The period starts once your marketplace account is connected and the data backfill is complete. The audit is free of charge. An onboarding fee of AED 1,000 (about ₹25,000 or $270) applies to managed engagements and is waived if you agree to start within 14 days of your findings review. Fees for ongoing work are agreed separately before it begins.
06 Account access and approvals
Any account access or execution authority is agreed separately. Do not send passwords or one-time passcodes through website forms. Permission to review evidence does not authorise changes to budgets, pricing, listings or other account settings.
07 Results and outcomes
Examples on this website describe observed results in their stated context. They do not guarantee sales, ranking, advertising performance or profitability for another account. Outcomes depend on factors including the account, category, stock, spend and execution.
08 Links to other websites
Links may lead to third-party websites or services. Their content, terms and privacy practices are set by their operators. Review those terms before providing information or using those services.
