  • Stock runs low. Hold the bid and reorder first. Any negative-keyword call waits until the product is back.
  • Margin is thin. Cap the bid and review the price. Contribution, not ACoS, sets the ceiling.
  • It’s a launch. Keep it running and judge it on conversion, not ACoS.
  • The offer is weak. Fix the price and listing before adding budget.

The Optimizer in Saddl OS

One engine. Every platform gets the same treatment.

The Optimizer reads each account with the same decision logic and machine-learning layer, whether it is Amazon, Noon Core Ads or Noon Minutes. Your strategy sets how the account is optimized. The platform decides only how a change is carried out.

You keep the business. We run the advertising.

Within the agreed scope, Saddl owns the campaign work from structure to review. Your team keeps everything outside it.

Structure and objectives
Group products and targets by purpose, and separate brand from non-brand so an account average can’t hide where spend goes.
Budgets
Raise, hold or cut investment campaign by campaign, against performance, availability and product economics.
Bids and targeting
Keyword, product and category targeting, with bids set to what each campaign is for.
Search terms and negatives
Harvest winners and negate waste, once stock, conversion and the offer have been checked.
Reviews and reporting
A bi-weekly review of sales by SKU, advertising efficiency and availability gaps, with recommendations and their reasons.
Execution history
Every recommendation, approval and change on record, with what moved afterwards.

Inside Saddl OS

Advertising is one lane in a connected operation.

In Saddl OS, advertising shares its data with stock, product economics, pricing and listings. That is how we tell a weak campaign from a product that ran out of stock, or from an offer that needs work.

Inventory and purchasing

Reads Stock cover, sales velocity, lead times and incoming purchase orders.

Changes How hard a campaign should push. A stocked-out product defers a negative-keyword candidate instead of having its keywords cut for poor performance.

A different play for every channel.

The engine treats every platform the same. Strategy is what changes, because each channel has a different job. Amazon works in every market; UAE, India and Saudi Arabia have local guides.

Amazon: less paid dependence, without slowing sales

How changes are made
The Optimizer’s approved actions are pushed to Amazon through the Ads API, within your budget and approval limits.
The play
Separate brand from non-brand. Where an account leans on the brand’s own keywords, bring that spend down step by step and support the searches that find new demand.
What we watch
TACoS, brand share of ad sales, cost per click and stock cover.
  • −15.8%Advertising spend
  • +9.1%Total revenue
  • 9.9%TACoS, from 12.8%

Noon: from one catch-all campaign to a structured portfolio

How changes are made
The Optimizer exports a full report, and the Saddl team applies each action in Noon by hand, then follows up on its effect.
The play
Split brand, generic, competitor, category and product campaigns so each search intent has its own budget. Cut low-return terms and back the winners.
What we watch
ROAS, cost per ad order, ad conversion and the queries that convert.
  • +17.3%Revenue from ads
  • −49.3%Advertising spend

Noon Minutes: quick commerce that turns trial into volume

How changes are made
The same report-and-apply route as Noon Core Ads: the Saddl team implements each action and follows up on its effect.
The play
Quick commerce is where shoppers try a product. Focus on trial packs and on turning clicks into orders, and read advertising by placement.
What we watch
Trial packs, ad conversion, cost per ad order and store availability.
  • +32%Trial packs sold
  • 23.4%Ad conversion, from 19.6%

ACoS, TACoS and ROAS in one line each
ACoS
Ad spend as a share of ad-attributed sales.
TACoS
Ad spend as a share of total sales.
ROAS
Ad-attributed sales divided by ad spend.

None of them is profit. Lower spend or a higher ROAS is not automatically a better business outcome.

Questions about marketplace advertising.

What does marketplace advertising management include?

Saddl manages campaign structure, budgets, bids, targeting, search terms and negatives on Amazon, Noon and Noon Minutes, then reviews the results with you. Every recommendation, approval and change is recorded. Your team keeps product decisions, stock commitments, purchasing and approvals.

Which marketplaces do you advertise on?

Amazon in every market, plus Noon and Noon Minutes. See Saddl OS for what is connected today.

How does advertising differ on Amazon and Noon?

The Optimizer applies the same decision logic to Amazon, Noon Core Ads and Noon Minutes. The difference is execution. On Amazon, approved actions are pushed through the Ads API within your budget and approval limits. For Noon, the Optimizer exports a full report, and the Saddl team applies each action by hand and follows up on its effect. Both are recorded in the same history.

How does the Optimizer decide what to change?

It reads campaigns, targets and search terms with one decision engine, using logic and machine learning that are the same on every platform. Your strategy determines how the account is optimized. Each action carries a reason and a confidence level, actions on low-stock products are held until they are restocked, and calls that need judgment are escalated to a person.

How do you judge whether advertising is working?

Against each campaign’s job. A brand-defence campaign, a non-brand growth campaign and a launch each carry a different target. ACoS compares spend with ad-attributed sales, TACoS compares it with total revenue, and ROAS is ad sales divided by spend. None of them is profit, so we read them alongside stock and contribution.

Can we start with advertising only?

Yes. Marketplace Advertising is a focused engagement. Marketplace Management adds inventory coordination, pricing, listings and account priorities, with advertising included.

What do I need to provide?

Read-only access to your marketplace accounts to start, product and margin context, stock commitments and lead times, and someone who can approve changes. Execution permissions are agreed separately.

What does it cost?

The audit is free, with no commitment. If you go on to work together, an onboarding fee of AED 1,000 (about ₹25,000 or $270) applies, and we waive it if you start within 14 days of your findings review. Ongoing fees depend on your account and are agreed before work begins.

How is this different from a PPC tool or a typical agency?

A tool optimises what it can see. Saddl’s team reads stock, product economics, pricing and listings before changing spend, and records the reason and approval for each change. Whoever you compare, ask who reviews the business context, who makes the changes and what needs your approval.

Where is your advertising leaking?

The free audit reads your campaigns, stock and product economics together, and tells you what to fix first.
